VINYL WASH PRIMER KIT A&B
A 2 Pack PVB resin-based primer which dries to a semi-transparent, yellow finish with a slight sheen and excellent adhesion over well prepared Galvanised iron, aluminium, non-ferrous metal or PVC. Overcoated with suitable Midas coating.
Recommended For
INTERIOR and EXTERIOR surfaces.
Used as a primer on ferrous, galvanised metal surfaces, fibreglass and most other non-porous and problematic surfaces.
Due to its resin type and acid content it has excellent adhesion properties. Overcoating is essential as the product is applied in very thin films that will have poor
opacity and durability if left.
Not Recommended For
Not suitable for uncleaned galvanised iron.
Application
PLEASE NOTE: Correct preparation is essential. All surfaces must be sound and prepared in the recommended manner. For more information on surface preparation
contact your nearest Paintsmiths store.
Thoroughly stir and apply 1 coat of Vinyl Wash Primer Kit to correctly prepared surfaces using a brush, roller or spray at the stipulated spread rates. Allow to dry
before overcoating.
Please note that this is a two-pack product and the base and catalyst must be mixed in equal volumes.
