KNOTTING & WOOD SEALER WHITE
A white nitrocellulose-based primer for application to knots and resinous timber.
Recommended For
INTERIOR surfaces.
Specifically formulated for spot priming resinous knots and grain on timber prior to finishing with white acrylics.
Most commonly used on pine ceilings to prevent bleeding from the knots into finishing coats. Can also be used internally as a wood sealer/primer prior to painting.
Not Recommended For
Not suitable for exterior use.
Application

Sand the timber to a smooth finish and dust off well before applying. Thoroughly stir and apply 1 coat of Knotting & Wood Sealer White to all knots and resinous timber.
Being Nitrocellulose based and thinned with Lacquer Thinners this product flashes off very quickly and application can become difficult in very hot and dry conditions. It
is strongly recommended that a small quantity be decanted and the tin closed while using the decanted material.
OPTIONAL: Thoroughly stir and apply a minimum of 2 coats of any Midas finishing coat to correctly prepared surfaces using a brush, roller or spray at the stipulated
