Xterplast
An environmentally friendly ready mixed, water based skimming compound with an anti- bacterial additive that was designed to hide paint film thickness differneces before repainting and dries to a hard flexible finish. Recommend sanding within 18hrs of application.
Recommended For
EXTERIOR surfaces.
Used as a crack filler for plaster and to level previously painted plaster where a ‘relief mapping’ effect has resulted from the remains of old well-adhering paint films.
Not Recommended For
Not suitable for structural cracks or for filling large holes.
Application

Thoroughly stir and apply using a steel trowel or spackle tool. Do not apply films thicker than 2mm in a single application as thorough drying takes excessively long.
Sanding with 100 grit or finer paper when touch dry (after about 4 hours) is strongly recommended as the product continues to harden on aging making hand sanding a
difficult and time-consuming process. Spot prime all filled areas with Midas Masonry Primer.
