Indoor Varnish Satin C&T
An extra durable, solvent-based varnish that gives an extra long-lasting, hard-as-nails finish.The new generation transparent iron oxides in the varnish offer the best quality that current technology can offer. Indoor Varnish gives a satin finish without concealing the grain.
Recommended For
INTERIOR surfaces.
For use on raw or previously coated timber.
Not Recommended For
Not suitable for exterior use, or for use on damp or wet internal timber. Do not use Indoor Varnish Satin on floors.
Application
PLEASE NOTE: Correct preparation is essential. All surfaces must be sound and prepared in the recommended manner. For more information on surface preparation
contact your closest Paintsmiths store.
Thoroughly stir and apply one primer coat Midas Indoor Varnish, diluted by 5 -10% using Mineral Turpentine. Apply evenly using a brush in the direction of the grain.
Allow to dry before overcoating.
Then apply two finishing coats of Indoor Varnish to the prepared surfaces, in the direction of the grain, using a brush at the stipulated spread rates. Allow to dry before
overcoating.
Note: At least three coats should be applied to raw timber in order to achieve an even and durable finish. Sand lightly between coats.

NOTE: The spread rates quoted are approximate and should only be used as a guide as the actual rate will vary depending on the condition and porosity of the substrate.
