Coast Guard
A highly flexible fibre reinforced waterproofing coating based on a blend of pure acrylic polymers. Midas Coast Guard is highly washable, has extremely low dirt retention, good stain resistance and excellent durability and offers outstanding waterproofing properties. Dries to finely textured surface with a slight sheen. Midas Coast Guard is a high build coating. For exterior use.
Recommended For
EXTERIOR surfaces.
Used as a finishing coat. Suitable for weatherproofing the tops of exposed plastered walls, window sills, small ledges, as well as exposed weather-facing walls or fairfaced
brick walls.
Not Recommended For
Not suitable for treatment if rising damp as the moisture will collect behind the film and slowly cause the film to delaminate.
Application
PLEASE NOTE: Correct preparation is essential. All surfaces must be sound and prepared in the recommended manner. For more information on surface preparation

Thoroughly stir and apply two coats of Midas Coast Guard to prepared surface using a brush or roller at the stipulated spread rates.
Allow to dry before overcoating. Midas Coast Guard is a thick high build coating and it is essential that it is fully dried before overcoating.
Spread Rates
Finishing coat on walls: 6 - 7m²/litre/coat
