Apply a thick coat of Paint Remover with a brush using a dabbing action. Do not brush out. Allow the product to react with the paint. When the paint starts to wrinkle and lift, remove all softened paint with a scraper. Several applications may be required depending on the age of the coating and the number of coats. It is important to remove all traces of Paint Remover with soap and water, and dry before doing the necessary preparation and repainting. When dealing with heavy/thick paint layers, cover the applied Paint Remover with a plastic sheet to prevent the solvent from evaporating.
