HYDROUT XL PART B
A 1-pack, solvent-based colourless solution that dries to a water repellent finish without affecting the breathability of the surface. – Requires dilution with Turpentine as per intructions.
Recommended For
EXTERIOR surfaces.
Specifically developed for weatherproofing porous and non-porous plastered, concrete, masonry, face brick and sandstone surfaces.
Hydrout XL Part B does not significantly change the colour of the substrate as it penetrates into the substrate, lining the pores and leaving no visible layer. Spread rate
varies depending on porosity but can be as low as 1 litre/m² to achieve correct saturation.
Not Recommended For
Not recommended for use over previously painted surfaces where its performance is significantly poorer.
Application
PLEASE NOTE: Correct preparation is essential. All surfaces must be sound and prepared in the recommended manner. For more information on surface preparation

Add 250ml Hydrout XL Part B to 4,75 litres of Mineral Turpentine and shake well to make 5 litre Hydrout XL OR add 1 litre Hydrout XL Part B to 19 litres Mineral Turpentine
to make 20 litres Hydrout XL.
Walls must be dry before application. Saturate the prepared surface with a single coat of Hydrout XL using a brush or hand sprayer. Apply from the bottom upwards –
a run-down of at least 30cm will confirm adequate saturation. If correctly saturated with the initial application a second coat is not required.
Spread Rates
1 - 4m²/litre – depending on porosity.
NOTE: The spread rates quoted are approximate and should only be used as a guide as the actual rate will vary depending on the condition and porosity of the substrate.
