The buildings existing coatings had long surpassed its life expectancy. Dekro Paints, teaming up with PVS Construction provided an External Redecoration and Waterproofing specification.

Due to there being underlying issues of rising damp and moisture entrapment, all coatings were removed to bare plaster. All external facades were given a new facelift with a full primer coat of Dekro Plaster and Masonry Primer and two final coats of Pure Matt Acrylic. All horizontal surfaces and waterproofing areas were painted with Painter’s Pal All-in-One Waterproofing.
